If the villa is available during your desired period, we will send you an offer with payment instructions via email. The reservation is confirmed once you pay 30% of the total booking price. After receiving the deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer. You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 45 days before arrival. After that, you will be charged the full price.

Baby cots for children up to 3 years old are available upon request.
You can check in from 4 PM. Our staff will welcome you on site. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.
The official check-out time is 9:00 AM. Please leave the villa by that time so that we have enough time to prepare it for the arrival of our next guests.
Payment is made via bank transfer.
